Around All CC's Maps: Chinese Checkers
This is a continuation of coded's series of small tournaments covering every map. I had planned on starting tournament threads on this series every Monday, but I want to stay organized and keep up. I feel it is time to start my fifth of this series and as I stated each one will have a few different twists.
For Chinese Checkers here are the specifications:
16 entrants
1v1, 2 player games
Join any game and win 3 out of 5 to move on (finals will have 4of7)
Seq
chained reinforcements
escalating spoils
no fog
I will send out a list of games each round. Joining the games will be a free for all. You could play 5 different people or you could play the same person five times. It will be first come first choice on joining five games. You will have 48 hours to join five games or you will be forfeited.
Finals will have the same two players playing 4of7 to win the championship.
Round one will have 8x5=40 games-5 each for 16 players
Round two will have 4x5=20 games-5 each for 8 players
Round three will have 2x5=10 games-5 each for 4 players
Round four will have 1x7=7 games for the 2 players left

For this tournament premium players only due to five games at a time
I will take reserves, but only for round 1 if someone does not join.
After round one players would play each other to make their five games.
If an odd game, I will add a game as needed.
