Move Speed Tournament games to Tournament games [Done]

Concise description:

• Remove Tournament Games from the 'Join Speed Games' section under 'Join A Game'

Specifics:

• Make it that when you click Join Speed Games you don't have to scroll down to find the actual speed games.

This will improve the following aspects of the site:

People are starting to organize speedgame-tournaments, which is a very good thing. However, when I am looking for open speedgames, I don't want to see all those waiting tournament games. Because of them, I have to scroll down every time I want to look.
If I were part of a speed tournament, I would look under the Join Tournament Games section anyway.
