King Athelstan the Glorious (WINNER: SMUDGER)

This tournament is a part of a series of tournies going through the kings of England, Scotland and the United Kingdom. The tournament is a 16 player, 1v1 single-elimination style bracket on England. With the finals being best of 3.

Edward the Elder died in 924, handing his kingdom to his oldest son, Athelstan. Through a series of military conquests and diplomatic actions, Athelstan became the first ruler to be sovereign of the whole of Great Britain.
