2008-01-06 05:50:51 - Aesop Jones: GL man!
2008-01-06 06:25:47 - CancerMerchant: gl, dude
2008-01-06 06:37:07 - CancerMerchant: not looking good for me already
2008-01-06 06:45:50 - Aesop Jones: This is a weird map in terms of a heads-up drop. At least 20% of the time somebody gets the Ice Cap to start.
2008-01-06 06:46:10 - Aesop Jones: Now if only I could win on OTHER people's maps. =)
2008-01-06 06:46:21 - Aesop Jones: I'm starting to think the beer might even be helping!
2008-01-06 06:48:19 - Aesop Jones: Beer and random.org - your friends in a digital age.
2008-01-06 06:49:37 - CancerMerchant: i think this one is over. i hate fog games
2008-01-06 06:52:54 - Aesop Jones: The Fog's honestly a bit more of a red herring - you start second guessing about things that aren't actually there, and with Adjacent, it'll take a while for it to GET there.
2008-01-06 06:55:38 - CancerMerchant: i find there is generally less strategy with fog on
2008-01-06 06:55:56 - CancerMerchant: although a friend argued it is more realistic
2008-01-06 06:59:17 - CancerMerchant: i find most of these tourney games boring. even the ones i win
2008-01-06 06:59:23 - CancerMerchant: 1 v 1 games just don't do it for me
2008-01-06 07:05:00 - Aesop Jones: I feel the same way - most of these games are really decided in the first 2-3 rounds
2008-01-06 07:05:32 - Aesop Jones: Fog is more fun with multiple players on multiple maps - you can layer your defenses and create all kinds of surprises and hide your true strength
2008-01-06 07:06:02 - Aesop Jones: And the realism angle is definitely a point for Fog - that's why I put it on this map. It gets blustery up north. =)
2008-01-06 07:14:05 - CancerMerchant: gg, aj
2008-01-06 07:15:35 - Aesop Jones: Thanks man. Good luck to you elsewhere, and if you feel like having it out in a proper multiplayer match, just PM me the game number and I'm in.
