2007-02-26 00:14:11 - DIBS: I agree totally with your thoughts on green but......after failing to get a card in turn 2 trying for Ireland the area was weaker for me to attack. Even though green missed shots, his adjacent areas to me had 3 troops on....
2007-02-26 00:14:38 - DIBS: not getting a card.....& leaving Ireland all weakened for you(which you took anyway
2007-02-26 00:15:52 - DIBS: Oops(ignore line above)....& I could not afford another turn not getting a card.....& leaving Ireland all weakened for you(which you took anyway
2007-02-26 00:19:03 - DIBS: BTW....I've recently got firefox(web brouser) but am unsure about your reference to it.
2007-02-26 00:20:51 - DIBS: You asked me to look at this from your perspective......how about looking from mine. I understand suspicions but feel you have minimally jumped to a conclusion far too quickly. Look at things from my game setup & my actions/reactions in Ireland........
2007-02-26 00:21:24 - DIBS: & you'll see that I have simply played "my game".
2007-02-26 00:24:04 - DIBS: One last line.....the "how dare you" line means....how dare you accuse me of cheating & put me on the forum & promise neg. feed, without properly discussing thing first. I do not cheat & am greatly offended by the accusations.
2007-02-26 02:23:10 - Genghis Khant: the firefox reference refers to a plugin you can get for it called Greasemonkey
2007-02-26 02:24:16 - Genghis Khant: it shows how many caqrds, territories & armies each player has
2007-02-26 02:25:08 - Genghis Khant: ...and how many armies each player is due on their next turn
2007-02-26 02:27:02 - Genghis Khant: it currently shows Teya as clearly being stronger, although it doesn't take into
2007-02-26 02:28:31 - Genghis Khant: ...consideration that Talyessin will get his due armies multiplied by 3 if he takes his next turn
2007-02-26 02:30:33 - Genghis Khant:
2007-02-26 02:30:53 - Genghis Khant: get it here, http://www.conquerclub.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=6672
2007-02-26 02:42:51 - DIBS: Thanks Genghis
2007-02-26 02:45:26 - DIBS: It's my go again & Teya will think I'm picking on him again but I either go for Ireland(all 1ers & Teyas) or Wales(all 1ers & Teyas)...either way I attack Teya
2007-02-26 02:48:03 - DIBS: No card games I simply will not attack a 2+ defence over a 1 unless I'm very well possitioned in the continent. Teya keeps hitting in Ireland & leaving 1ers behind
2007-02-26 02:49:08 - DIBS: AAAAARRRRGGHHH.....this is mental....why should I be forced to justify my gameplay?????
2007-02-26 02:54:04 - Teya: if you dont want me to leave 1s behind, I wont. I can leave big numbers if you would prefer.
2007-02-26 02:55:23 - Teya: I think the game comes down to green being a fuckwit.
2007-02-26 02:56:26 - DIBS: I'm just saying that attacking a 1 has a 66% chance of winning without loss, so given the choice, I'll do that over attacking a 2
2007-02-26 02:57:28 - Teya: I'll reconsider the feedback for you. But I think green has done a great job of ruining the game by skipping so many turns. Who know how the game would have gone if they actually took their turns.
2007-02-26 02:57:33 - DIBS: It's no cards.....1 bad roll & an attack on a 3er can kill a turn.
2007-02-26 02:57:56 - Teya: hahaha. 66% of winni9ng against a 1 as long as you dont have my crappy dice.
2007-02-26 02:59:37 - DIBS: Thankyou....& I agree about green....I guess part of my tactics has also been based on that he doesn't really seem to be on the ball....i.e. you appeared a far tougher opponent.
2007-02-26 02:59:57 - Teya: now we wait for another 24hours.
2007-02-26 03:00:46 - DIBS: lol.....I've started to keep track of the numbers because even though Math says 66%....it seems like 33% most of the time when I attack
2007-02-26 03:01:02 - Teya: I think that if he actually took all his turns from the start it would have been a much more interesting game
2007-02-26 03:01:55 - DIBS: At least if he misses this one he's out......which I'd prefer than him to come back in with tripple numbers
2007-02-26 03:03:09 - DIBS: I agree....I've become premium recently & started waaay too many games(takes up too much time) but I think it very rude to miss turns unless you absolutely have to.
2007-02-26 03:45:48 - Teya: also recently become premium. Since doing so my dice have been worse than normal.... weird.
2007-02-26 03:46:51 - Teya: I hate people that miss turns. I hate people that do it on purpose more. Something needs to be done about the current system of getting troops for missed turns. It is just unfair.
2007-02-26 03:51:22 - Teya: I think my issue is that Ive had way too many games lately that have been screwed up by idiots that dont know what they are doing, people missing turns and people deadbeating.
2007-02-26 07:05:04 - DIBS: I understand....& agree about the troops for missed turns, particularly in 'no card' games. It is actually more strategic to miss, wait, & place 6 troops.
2007-02-26 07:05:41 - DIBS: BTW, talyessin has missed 2 turns in my other game virtually handing me the win.
2007-02-26 07:07:04 - DIBS: I prefer to win it for myself....though I never complain about lucky setups or dice(not that the dice seem to ever help much)
2007-02-26 07:54:53 - Teya: I know what you mean, I prefer to win games because of my skill rather thatn people being idiots.
2007-02-26 13:55:15 - DIBS: Here we go...just what we spoke about.....9 armies in 1 hit
2007-02-26 21:31:50 - Teya: You know green, the decent thing to do would have been deadbeat. Instead you give us no explanation for missing so many turns and screwing the game so damn much.
2007-02-26 23:34:07 - DIBS: lol Teya....I was sure you'd deploy in Hebrides.....I prepared Ulster & I.O.M. to hit Galloway next turn.
2007-02-27 05:26:58 - Teya: Didnt realise I still had it. Id just woken up and I was still half asleep
2007-03-01 13:33:27 - talyessin: I do apologize for missing turns and a negative feedback would be warranted on myself for that. I never make any secret alliances. I play for fun in my spare time at work and so am not terrbly good at the game, but I do try to have fun.
2007-03-01 13:36:56 - talyessin: I believe I was trying to go after south england for most of the game - just had bad rolls. when i missed turns over a weekend, that was blown away so i went with the only other place i had any strength left - scotland.
2007-03-01 13:39:23 - talyessin: i did not think that deadbeating would be a decent thing to do - but rather to try and finish the game out. if db'ing is the accepted way to go, i would have done that.
2007-03-02 14:09:11 - DIBS: back & forth.....back & forth.....something has to give soon...hopefully not me ;)
2007-03-02 14:09:55 - DIBS: AAARRRGGGGHHH.....ended fortify phase too soon. :(
2007-03-04 23:53:02 - Teya: Im fighting a losing battle thanks to green.
2007-03-05 06:23:10 - DIBS: looks like it.......if he'd had gone for Scotland earlier in the game, this could have been an interesting 3 way battle. Now it's just going through the motions.
2007-03-06 21:13:23 - Teya: gg blue. Pitty it wasnt better.
2007-03-06 23:38:47 - DIBS: ty....yeah.....I understand your early frustration....when somebody does things that just don't make sense......green pretty much gave me this one.
