I will say this as clearly as I can......Benga asked me if I would run the thread. I agreed at the time as I had full privileges to create and post games for this war. Since my privileges have been removed, I will do what I can...but...Magnus Greeol will create & post TOP's games and Benga will create & post OSA's games...since I no longer have privileges.

Failure of TOP to complete their task would result in TOP being deemed having abandoned their responsibilities for running a clan war.
Result would be Magnus (as the priv holder) losing clan privs for abandoning a war / tournament.

Magnus as TOP's clan priv holder has this responsibility, not PaulatPeace.

It's very easy to search for Clan War games even without privs.

Using 'Game Finder' click on 'find a tournament' then do a search for the organiser (Priv Holder) with a status of 'ongoing'. You'll then be presented with a list of tournaments that the person you're interested in has privs for. Select the one you want and hey presto, there's your games.

Benga, Magnus & myself have this completely under control & we do not need interference from you or IcePack. Interjecting your nasty remarks into Our War thread is a disruption & if it continues, you should remove some of your own medals & ban yourselves for a week from posting in forums or sending messages. Disruption of Our war thread should not be tolerated!

I will again attempt to clarify to those that refuse to see: There are 2 individuals who were initially given "privileges" for this war, Benga & myself. When my privileges were unjustly removed, Magnus took over for me and now has those privileges for this war. Benga will create & post OSA's games & Magnus will create & post TOP's as we have done previously! If I am still the "thread holder", and this requires me to "post" any games (which I have nit seen anywhere), then Benga may assume this responsibility...since I personally only agreed to run the thread (not TOP) at a time when I originally had privileges.

You are correct Lindax, there is no discussion here ... and we are not creating our own rules. Neither you not IcePack are wanted here, and need not disrupt Our War thread with you pseudo-threatening remarks & tone.

TOP accepts that Magnus, as privileges holder will create our home games and post them in the appropriate thread. TOP does not accept the position for any of our members to be the war thread manager. I do not know what you mean by the term OP, but we do not accept the responsibility for this position either until we know exactly what it entails. If you wish TOP to consider this position you must contact me personally & explain to me what it involves and I will present it to our clan.

You cannot change the Stream and also change the horse and then expect that we will just abide by whatever decisions you dictate to us. As I said before, Benga, Magnus & myself have been doing just fine handling this war and it's thread on our own without your interference and disruption. Kindly leave us alone to handle our own War.

As for the rest of this, all war threads are under CD jurisdiction regardless of who the war is between. OP = Original Post (first post)
As Magnus is the TOP contact in official capacity, he can let us know if he has problems doing what hes required to do. I'm happy to address his questions & concerns.

I cannot stop you from disrupting our war thread. I cannot stop you from locking down threads when things are said you and others in control disagree with. I cannot stop you from taking players medals away. I cannot stop any of you from taking away my right to free speech. But.....you cannot take away my or TOP's free will...and you cannot make us agree with your abusive decisions and unjust treatment of anyone who challenges you.

I'm sorry you think this is a game. It is not.
Nobody is trying to control anything, merely pointing out the rules and what's expected of TOP while participating in clan wars & events. That is our roles on the site, to make sure things are run properly so that we can do our jobs.
It's unfortunate you continue to choose to ignore directions given by the clan team and the admin, and then complain about the consequences. If you don't want those things, perhaps you should consider heeding the guidance instead of trying to make your own rules and dictate things that you have no control over or say in.

Both clans agree all Home games must be created and filled within 5 days of the start date of each Set, and that all Away games must be filled within 5 days of their creation, or they will be automatically forfeited. TOP v OSA War Terms

As a courtesy and as a friendly reminder to OSA and my friend Benga, TOP has created and filled all their Home games and all our members have joined the games. Additionally TOP has filled all Away games and our members have joined them also.
