Suggestion: 'Clan' game type

Concise description:

Clan game type, to run alongside Private, Public, and Tournament

Specifics:

Tickable box labelled Clan
Restricted to clan leader, or selected clan members for game creation, similar to tournament organisers

This will improve the following aspects of the site:

Easier to search for clan games
Opens up possibilities to complement future implementations

Clan Leaders are getting Tournament Privelages, as soon as OTIS comes out (clicky)
