I think General Mojo said it clearly a couple of pages back, where he mentioned how CC can do whatever the f*ck they want. I think being a privately owned site by one owner is a bit too much especially when there is no one to be accountable to. So, in cases where you think of not having for example; internet for 1 month because of issues, well.....it's highly likely that you'll be reimbursed for it in one way or another. In this site, I find that dealing with a number of the admins/mods that I have this feeling that most of them haven't experienced 'life' or real work experience to know how to deal with people let alone deliver customer service. Ultimately for us premium members, when we get punished or warned, it's annoying and frustrating to see how little is done from this site to try to become more customer oriented. I mean, we do pay money to support this site, don't we? Getting 'unlimited games', well f*ck it. If that's what's considered being treated special and as they say on their site "feeling warm and fuzzy", well take your warm and fuzzy crap and tell me how you can get away with so much shit when your paying members are questioning your judgment. owenshooter may be brash, but he is not abusive. He simply states his mind and people get pissed off because they don't like his direct approach. I can say that I had an admin take it personally by saying this to me: I would say a lot more but i'm not going to waste my breath. Fine, tell me to grow some balls, and thicker skin, blah blah blah. I bet you wouldn't take that bullshit if you called your cellphone company and that rep said that exact same line to you.

The problem here is not with the mods.(i say this knowing full well that you guys will all just call me a mod kiss ass, brown nosier or wanting to be a mod all not true) I think the general public on this site feel that this site is run much like the Constitution is run in the usa. They feel that there should be a fair public trail before someone gets kicked off of the forms. They look at the community guidelines and this is way tooo broad (i would agree with most of the people here on that should have more structure). then the other thing is that they believe the mods have are out too get people cause they dont like them.( this is the biggest problem i see with the community) everyone here who post thinks they are being targeted and the mods are trying to get them kicked off (i actually do not agree with them on this issue) the mods on the other hand like to keep things hush hush right. well it is all in there full power to do so. on this site there are a few things you do not have 1 is FREEDOM OF SPEECH!! yes that is right you cant say what you want on this site this is not something that you guys seem to understand. this is a privately run site and if lack does not want information for why a person was banned then he does not have to devolve it. i find it funny how one sided this site is when sax got banned no one screamed foul play. (why gose he always sided with the mods) and the mods banned him now when someone who gets the axe and they post things that go against the mods the general public has a hey day saying the mods have no right to do that Well as king herpes putts it "sorry about your little butt" they do!!!!!!!! owen had been baned before there is a system up that tells you and informs you when you are spamming/trolling/baiting/ flaming well the truth is you all know when you are doing it!!!!you and even i all try it sometimes. we and we get away with it sometimes. however its like this IN football there is holding on almost every play however its not called well we are the players the mods are the ref and ture you might not get the call but if you post a lot and are very vocal the mods notice you so when you do try to get away with holding they see that and get you and they call it.

I tried to write down here for you but I fell asleep again....

He basically compared the common complaint of not really knowing exactly what the rules are to his struggles with freelance writing. He said that every editor out there has his or her own personal idea of what a piece should be, but of course they only provide basic guidelines of number of words, subject etc. Therefore elfman is left trying to find out, does this one like sarcasm, maybe this is too much? Does this one like short words? Does this one like stream of consciousness? Why was that it that one I hated writing was two months pay but one I really loved keep getting rejected?

He then also went on to further say that unfortunately, the editors had the full power to enforce the rules however each particular editor wanted, and if he wanted to get paid, he better get over it, stop complaining, and just do the best he could, because the editors were under no obligation to make him happy.

The difference being his post was a little bit rambling, but also much more eloquent than mine. Hopefully he will stop by and correct me, since I am sure I slaughtered it.

I have been putting off my contribution to this thread, because I know that I would end up spending way too much time and effort to say what I wanted. Well, thanks to owen, I will just 2nd. his post. He said everything that I would have said. I will add just this, What ever happened to that professional that was hired a while back ? I would have thought the new Sheriff would have cracked the whip on these mods by now, and taught them how to do a more professional job at customer service.

I have been in retail for about 25 years. I own my own store. I won't tolerate a customer who disrupts my store. I don't give them nearly as my chances as members of CC get.

Maybe I am misunderstand what you said here. I consider punishing or warning someone who is being disruptive or breaking the guidelines to be good customer service. I have never had a customer in my store complain that I told someone else to quit swearing except the customer who was swearing.

I am willing to bet most people on the internet wouldn't treat their cellphone company rep the way admin and some mods are treated here. It is amazing how people change when they can't be held as personally responsible as in real life.

Well yeah, you're probably right the behavior on an online forum is different than in a store. This is the Internet. The same rules don't apply, mainly because you're not meeting face to face. So I don't think you can draw that comparison.
