Diddle's "actual counter" starts with a mathematical truth, however once entering the realm of logic, he fell flat on his face. Accusing Violet of being desperate for a lynch doesn't make sense. So while, yes, he did counter, I wouldn't give it any more weight than the joke posts of Hank.

Ok I admit the accusation of VioIet was poor, but can't that just been seen in the same light as Hank's 'jokey' posts? With regards to those posts aswell, whether joking/sarcastic or not, saying things like what I've quoted is unbelievably stupid. He straight out calls me scum, I call him out on it and he does nothing. I know he's dead now so I'm not trying to make people vote for him, but after a post like that I had every right to defend myself the way I did.

I honestly don't have anything to add to this discussion that isn't just a repeat of someone else. However, what this DOES prove is that there is more than just mafia in this game, or else there wouldn't have been two kills. So, we have a third-party killer amongst us or a really bad vig...

This is a very interesting point here, which followed to it's logical conclusion implies an infinite cycle of reasoning. For now, FOS on diddle, as I still think his overreacting in the earliest phase was highly suspicious.

Well, while I agree, I must state that they have gone after each other pretty hard. One of them is blatantly lying to the gamers as a whole...

Also, I'd previously stated that I thought there was no mileage in the argument going on between myself and VioIet, until hank came forward and spoke up, and at this point the conversation had gone pretty dead and the day looked to be going nowhere, so I enquired as to whether or not there was a deadline. Because this is a small-sided game so a clever mislynch on day 1 is good for scum and can be passed off as a day 1 misstep. Later in the game this would be good reasoning, but on day 1 it doesn't really make a case for you one way or the other

Agreed, we need to make sure scum don't wagon this to a quick lynch. I'd like to hear a bit more about this claim though, so for now my vote stays on you.

The thing that makes me a bit uneasy is that an inventor role isn't that common here from what I have seen, and seems a convenient opportunity for a fake claim (since we know that there's an actual inventor in the BTTF movies). I'd feel a lot better about this claim if you included a name and/or your target last night. Seems like an easy way to verify your claim, and since after last night we're in pretty grim territory I think we need to be certain.

That being said I will be very suspicious of anyone pushing for a lynch before we've heard more from you - this should be a pretty easy-to-verify claim and it makes sense for us to hear kernov out
