I think that some of the mafia aren't posting so no-one has a reason to suspect them. I mean, who thinks you act by night if you don't act by day?

Then agin they might talk lots to bluff you.

The townspeople decide that Phobia is a member of the mafia. He too is marched to the guilitine and like many that went before him has his head cut off in one final, brutal act. After the execution it is revealed that he is no more than a mere townie!!! Once again the townspeople have failed.
