Aye, that's what I'd go with. Burger Queen, Wacky Donald's, HOLE, Racy's. It's easily recognizable and doesn't expose anyone to loose trigger lawyers' lawsuits.
I thought about this a while ago, and I don't know if malls up there are any different, but 'round here shops of a certain kind aren't all in the same place. That would make continents whose territs were all over the map, making them very difficult to hold (I don't mean it as a negative). Except for the food court, which could be a central territory.
I'd imagine the gameplay would be, each store can attack its neighbors, and hallway vendors (or whatever you call them) would be "bridges" that'd stop the gameplay from becoming too linear. Oh, and remember not everything needs to be a store - maybe a security office, fountain, delivery area, parking lot etc. All as needed.
