EDIT: you should have used the second result on google. It looks like it would make a better BPB headquarters.

I downloaded the brushset and stuck the file brodi_01.abr in the Photoshop Brushes folder (which was in Presets inside the Main Photoshop folder). Should I have put it somewhere else, or am I just not looking in the right place in the interface?
