When I first started playing, I thought it made sense not to lynch on D1. Most people told me that a D1 lynch was useful for the information it provided for future analysis. I'm kind of on the fence, but lean towards a lynch if there's some justification for it. Here's a discussion on it if anyone's interested: Day 1 Lynch vs No Lynch

If 13 people voted no lynch, that would end the day immediately. without any further discussion. This is good for the scum because they don't want to be exposed or to have to justify previous statements or votes. The day may end without a lynch anyway, but there is no reason for town players to vote to end the discussion.

If Razor made a mistake and informed a townie of a mafia identity, then that could break the game. I'm not sure what the solution could be, because it would confirm halrob as not mafia, so even replacing him wouldn't really fix it.

Is this a gambit by halrob to try to confirm himself as town? Why did he target Dunk90, and why won't he say what info he was talking about?

Is this all just a trick by someone else?

That's not such a crazy thought. I've never seen a Mod tally the post counts of players before, and here we have an actual discrepancy. Me thinks it's part of the game.

If you're referring to halrob saying "I had information to share and the post disappeared", I think he meant the PM from Razor disappeared, not a thread post.

Since Razor has posted, but didn't say anything about this, I think halrob should tell everything he knows about the message.

Then that would really dumb. Cause i would think if you can do that you either post more here or send fewer messages so people don't realise the difference so easily.

Also if he sent 19 messages it might be that he either sent to different players or maybe he was confirmed a teammate at some point and kept sending that one more.
I've checked aome on that list but didn't find any other one with difference in post numbers up until now.

Lol, we all were getting relly suspicious about pepe.

- Traf's thinking the sentences mean anything is weird. He is usually a very logical person so it surprises me he would fall for that. I think he will use that even if it's not true just to convict anyone. Makes me think he's maf alligned

I use what I have so far, I think every clue could give townies a lead. In real life game people start pointing fingers cuse they heared someone elsle moving, couse they see someone laughting, couse they made some weird eye contact, etc. In here we have noone of that, so it makes things much easier for killers. SO I asume mafia should have some kind of condition, maybe post a key word everyday, maybe make certain amount of post at least, or the notes, sentences mod advices all could be hints to look at.

This is the point I'm making, this was a message that was removed before I saw it, another appeared which was clearly not meant for me as it named a Mafia informant and when I went back the message all trace if it was gone.
It is someone who posted here, I'm new to this and concerned that if I name names there will be retribution from Mafia members

I thought pershy's request was stupid and slightly scummy and I don't think you should have played along. You're either lying, in which case you should be lynched, or you're telling the truth, in which case you're a good target for a town kill by mafia.

dont know about america but dropping the soap in prison in uk has certain consequences in certain situations so i think it was joke post

Can some experienced player list all the mandatory roles for a mafia game .
In wiki & on other online sources it is mentioned about lot of roles.
I like to get a list of minimum must have set of roles for a simple game.

Also I like to know if there are some rules (Rules of thumbs) about number of players for each role.

For example: If there are things like
* There can be only one doctor
* At least 1/3 of players must be mafia etc....
