2008-03-21 12:41:14 - Stretch20: And I know Cloud, but as things stand, I am frequently getting his into Australasia from Nimon, into Asia by Duo and now you too, had to take one out quickly or I'd just get overwhelmed
2008-03-21 12:41:27 - niMic: And yes, actually, repeatedly refusing to attack a completely undefended territory could be taken as an alliance.
2008-03-21 12:43:02 - niMic: I agree with Stretch, but let's not take it away from Swifty. He's played a smart game. He wouldn't have been able to do it if everyone had played a lot of Risk before, but he's done good all the same.
2008-03-21 12:44:45 - Stretch20: Agreed, Swifty does deserve the win, but I think Duo could at least have delayed it some what :P Swifty now has too many countries and too many men to be stopped easily
2008-03-21 12:45:18 - Swiffers: Listen. I'm not going to pander to your grumblings just to "prove" the lack of an alliance. I'm playing as I intend to, and I'm not going to change that just because you don't believe I'm true to my word. There is no alliance.
2008-03-21 12:45:40 - Swiffers: And neither has there been ANY communication with ANY player outside this thread, other than Stretch who asked me to make an alliance, which I refused.
2008-03-21 12:46:12 - cloudypet: *waves the Swiffers flag*
2008-03-21 12:46:53 - Stretch20: True, I did make the point, then you pointed out about silent alliances, and I am in agreement with you. And Swifty, stop and read what we are saying. We agree you do not have an alliance, just someone who is playing his game in his best interests
2008-03-21 12:47:57 - Stretch20: But his best interests happen to be in the opposite direction to yours (which I can hardly say I blame him for, you have some quite substantial troops on his border now)
2008-03-21 12:48:40 - Stretch20: And I was wondering why you put troops on Algeria which borders only on your own lands which are under no risk of being overwhelmed soon :P
2008-03-21 12:50:02 - Swiffers: Misake..
2008-03-21 12:52:37 - Stretch20: I'd guessed so :)
2008-03-21 14:33:48 - niMic: Of course, this could all have been avoided if people had actually broken up Swifty's completely undefended continent back when he was attacking everyone with everything ;)
2008-03-21 14:35:30 - niMic: And just to point it out, it would be completely in Swifty's interest to take the rest of Africa next round. He wouldn't need 70 armies to defend it then, either.
2008-03-21 15:20:59 - Swiffers: Anybody got any more advice they want to give me, seeing as everybody seems to be in on it right now? ;)
2008-03-21 15:41:32 - Stretch20: Yes, I think you want to move everything out of Australian Claim. Putting them in a boat and sending them to Chile. :)
2008-03-21 17:39:36 - SpeedRacer83: wow, I think Swiffers has this game...
2008-03-21 18:32:22 - niMic: Yeah, and it's your fault, yours and Stretch. Couldn't just leave me alone, had to move troops there and leave them there!
2008-03-21 19:10:12 - Stretch20: Psch, you attacked me first Nimon! :P
2008-03-21 19:45:11 - niMic: Because no on else was! But of course, after I did, everyone decided it was fine ^^
2008-03-22 10:39:30 - Stretch20: That'll teach you to give the game so easily to Swifty, Duo :)
2008-03-22 14:24:05 - niMic: You're not exactly helping either. Both of you have been playing into Swiftys hands by attacking eachother.
2008-03-22 15:01:29 - Stretch20: Well he has long since won, the only border I had with him was Australian Claim which is a tad beyond me
2008-03-22 15:41:28 - SpeedRacer83: My computer's crapped out on me - I won't be online for the next several days (I'm taking it to see some professionals), so will everybody work to take me out this round? Thanks.
2008-03-22 16:22:25 - Swiffers: Nimic just sent me a message saying his computer has crapped out too, and asks everybody to kill him and take over his cities. Honest!
2008-03-22 17:50:49 - niMic: Yeah, like I'm not dead already. I tried sending 11 armies against your defending 17, and I got them down to 1 =P
2008-03-22 17:53:02 - niMic: Btw Swifty, not sure if you noticed, but you could take all of Africa with about 5 troops, getting 5 more bonus and freeing up about 70 troops ;)
2008-03-22 17:55:58 - niMic: I just hope DuMaX has learnt how strategy in Risk works, that taking care of yourself only might not be in the your best interest. Just keep that in mind for next game ;)
2008-03-22 18:15:48 - Stretch20: I pointed that out to him too Nimon... just after he finished his turn of course :)
2008-03-23 18:13:39 - Swiffers: Some awful rolls there
2008-03-24 07:53:45 - DuMaX: game over lol
2008-03-24 12:55:26 - niMic: Game was over a long time ago, much thanks to you ;)
2008-03-24 13:04:57 - Swiffers: Nimic, I propose we make an alliance to take down the tyrant king Stretch. He is obviously the most powerful man in the world atm.
2008-03-24 13:13:55 - niMic: I concur, as long as I get to win. Agreed.
2008-03-24 14:32:49 - Stretch20: Time to go all out and make sure I don't come 4th then I guess :)
2008-03-24 14:35:44 - Stretch20: Damn it! So close!
2008-03-24 15:13:15 - Stretch20: Just Duo left to kill and claim 2nd place :)
2008-03-24 15:35:13 - DuMaX: Wow Nim, that sucked lol
2008-03-24 15:38:59 - DuMaX: Comon Stretch go get him now :D
2008-03-24 16:17:42 - Stretch20: Lol, now you finally attack him Duo!
2008-03-24 16:53:53 - Swiffers: Epic battle there. =P
2008-03-24 16:57:31 - Stretch20: Meh, went back to WoW to tell you that Duo was dead, I come back to attack your big army, and my big one was dead :(
2008-03-24 16:57:46 - Stretch20: Had another 10 units I wanted to put on there too with Duo's cards :P
2008-03-24 17:01:51 - Stretch20: Sucker, can't finish me this turn! The Koreans and Japanese shall live for another turn!
2008-03-24 17:05:53 - Stretch20: "Swiffers deployed 67 armies on Yemen" Not sure I like that part...
2008-03-24 17:09:21 - Swiffers: This looks like an even battle
2008-03-24 17:11:23 - Stretch20: "Swiffers deployed 76 armies on Lower Canada" against "Stretch20 deployed 5 armies on Greenland" I think I actually preferred the 67 units!
2008-03-24 17:12:19 - Swiffers: And so begins the last stand of the Nepalese!
2008-03-24 17:16:09 - Stretch20: Psch, my poor Nepalese just wanted to migrate to somewhere warmer, you didnt have to hunt them all down!
2008-03-24 17:17:11 - Swiffers: The iron will of the South African Republic of Swiffonia shall never relent in the hunting down of the rebel Nepalese
