It's simple:
1. Set a deadline
2. Exchange maps & settings by the deadline
3. Create the games

I am not going to get into a he said she said... but a date was agreed upon ages ago. It has far past that date. We made batch 2 on the agreed upon date and we had to wait there also. We made the decision to wait for your games this time rather than have gaps in the middle.

Bruce, I have to nitpick here.

i) A date was agreed upon and neither clan has adhered to it. We have heard/received nothing from your side in the same way you've not heard or received anything from us.

ii) You made Batch 2 according to your own schedule and not within any agreed timeframe with us. We on the other hand adhered to the three week suggestion (as per the competition guidelines) because my 27th August posts had gone ignored. Page 14 of this thread clearly describes the chain of events.

iii) There is a procedure that should be followed. I just spelled it out in black and white six hours ago:

1. Set a reasonable deadline for exchange of info
2. PM maps & settings, which cannot be altered, by the deadline
3. Create the games when each clan has received the other's PM

Incan seemed to grasp this straight away. All I'm asking is that we set a time and date by which our Batch 3 settings should be exchanged.

Could be a long wait then. I'm not sending out anything until a deadline is mutually agreed upon. Simply following protocol that's all. We've just had Legion change games on us in the Clan League, two weeks after the submission deadline, after they had planty of time to look at our selected maps. Once bitten twice shy, as the old adage goes.

OK, I'm going to take you on your word here Mas. I wasn't trying to be awkward btw, just that working to a date makes team selection all the more straightforward. I'm not happy to pick maps and teams for games that don't become active for x number of days in the event any member of a team goes absent or has other commitments. October has been fairly chaotic for us, wherein I don't think a single clan member has not been involved in weddings, funerals, business travel, vacations, illness, house moving, graduation or an excess of tourney games. When the original date slipped by without a whimper I was quite glad to keep the status quo

footnote to Dakes - I read Masli's proposal as being just that, i.e. he will reply to my PM immediately. The only additional thing I will do is wall him to make sure he's online before I send the info.

yes, you asked 8 days ago if wee shall proceed to final batch, but foxglove (our secondary contact, so official person to answer, if Dako is also official person like secondary contact) said on 28th Septmber (23 days ago):

Re Round 3 games. Nothing set-up yet so please don't rush your selections to us. I'll take the time to check with LoW/THOTA and see where they are at with their final batches.

We'll wait until you send us yours for Batch 3. So, we're ready when you are.

so, why did you asked 8 days ago if we shall proceed to final batch if foxy answered 23 days ago that we are ready when you are? your question was answered on 28th of September. why ask that again 8 days ago? I dont know if anything was unclear in foxy's constatation? it means we were ready anytime from the time it was written (28th September), expecting your voice when you are ready. so how then can you say that KoRT is holding this, if TOFU from 28th of September didnt say "yes, we are ready for xy date".
