i'd count it as a cheat by the community, and give it to the mods. don't do it.

If you win the game, then yes. But if not, then no, unfortunately.
The player who wins the game gets credit for the mod whac, even if he/she did not eliminate the mod.
Partly because, when you consider that there are almost 650 games in this year's event, going through all of them to determine who actually eliminated which mod would take too much time and effort - especially for team games, where there are multiple mods to be whac'd.

I thought that each player on the quad team got a medal. Are you saying that the last one standing in the quad games gets the medal? What if all the team members are still standing?

in team games, everyone on the winning team gets the medal. TERMINATOR and ASSASSIN medal only goes to the player that actually wins the game, not all non-mods.

in team games, everyone on the winning team gets the medal. In TERMINATOR, ASSASSIN, and STANDARD games, the medal only goes to the player that actually wins the game, not all non-mods, and not necessarily the player who eliminated the mod.
