What do you mean, on a side note? This whole thread is just one long continuous side note. As a matter of fact, I would like to suggest that the one word story posts are too linear. I would hate to see the story completely take over the thread.......
I guess the important thing is to be the longest thread. The ends justify the means, but could we consider perhaps just adding the story words at the end of our posts rather than have them be our entire post.

I know, I know, I'm usually the no-dominating-topics nazi, but until this story has a compelling protagonist or moral lesson, I think it's safely without merit, so I'll contribute to it...
But then what happens if my contribution helps to bring merit to it? Should it necessarily be inferred that any words I add to the story are attempts at sabotage?
BTW - actor friend was Billy Zane, soon to stink up top billings everywhere as the Phantom.
What do you think, darling? Should I hate him?
