WINNER: HighlanderAttack

Hi there:

The Idea is to beat a Host, who is a Tournament Organizer. He will play 1 game against all of the players in all rounds, trying to get the best percentage win rate to qualify to the Final!
The most number of games that the host could play is 38, and the last man standing could be 17.
