Game 247239. Left 1 army on the borders & didnt attack each other. I contacted the 4th player via pm to discuss this, but he did not respond.

When you click on Cheating and Abuse Reports you will see a thread at the top that says-
Announcement: ***[Official] FORM - READ BEFORE YOU REPORT SOMEONE***

Please use that form to report someone and we will look into it.
