im a lil confused...there are 32 right...and they are in 4 divisions they play those 7 maps...best 4 go through?? to that final 16 final 8 etc??

Well, I am a USA citizen living in Europe, so I don't know where I fit in, but I will choose to play with Europe since that is where my residence is at the moment.
