I was not aware that we needed to post the fact that we lived together. We typically play at different times but there are times that we play at the same time.

We don't really play together as I don't have as much time as conquerAce (thus i'm a freemium and he is a premium member). We have on occasion played in the same games (I relish the opportunity to kick his butt) and as a team once or twice.

If that is a problem we will stop.

Also, if I ask him to check my games to move for me on occasion will that be a problem?

You really don't need to make a thread announcing this, but thanks anyway. As long as you play fairly with someone you live with you should be alright. Team games are okay because you are allied by default. Standard games are okay as long as you treat each other like any other opponent. It is common courtesy to announce in the beginning of the game that you know each other. Overall play fair and it will make the entire CC experience more enjoyable.
