Who is The Fellowship of the Ring - Legolas

This is a series of many tournaments. Each mini tournament with 16 players will fight it out to qualify for the battle of middle earth tournament.
Each character will have a certain map setting that goes with it.
Keeps eyes on this forum

This tournament will be to determine who is Legolas Greenleaf of Mirkwood.

Game play
16 players will battle to claim the rights to the character. All games will be played on Middle Earth Map.
the Settings for all games will be Assassin, flat rate, unlimited forts, Foggy.

Round Progression + Eliminations
Round 1 will see 2 8 player games.
The 2 people assassinated will be eliminated*
Round 2 will see 2 7 player games
The 2 people assassinated will be eliminated*
Round 3 will see 2 6 player games
The 2 people assassinated will be eliminated*
Round 4 will see 2 5 player games
The 2 people assassinated will be eliminated*
Round 5 will see 1 8 player game
The person assassinated will be eliminated*
Round 6 will see 1 7 player game
The person assassinated will be eliminated*
Round 7 will see 1 6 player game
The person assassinated will be eliminated*
Round 8 will see 1 5 player game
In these round each player plays only 1 game
* If you assassinate the wrong target you are eliminated instead

Round 9 will see the final 4 play 4 assassin games against each other (1 at a time)
Points will be allocated as follows....
5 points for a win
3 points for staying alive
0 points for being assassinated
From this a winner will emerge#

#if there is a tiebreak a 5th game will be played to break the tie. if this still doesnt break the tie then another game will be played. etc until there is a winner.

Signups are open to all players (free players please have one slot dedicated to this tourny i dont want it held up)

will the tie-break game be a 1v1 if 2 people tie or will it have all four players involved?

if all four are involved will it be allowed for the person in third or fourth to score points, possibly becoming the outright leader?

yes this is possible
eg
player 1 10 points
player 2 10 points
player 3 8 points
player 4 3 points

the tie breaker game is won by player 3 eliminating player 4
then player 3 will win tourny
