I've played CC for about a day, but have played Risk for years and years, I'm looking for someone who could show me the intricacies of the online rendition of classic risk.

Also, this isn't a suggestion. It was a bug report from someone who thought it was not supposed to work that way. I thought that was the case too until someone corrected me, it makes very little sense the way it is.

This isn't just a random option. This is something that works in retail renditions of what this game is representing online. Weighted Dice aren't perfectly random, but they are still random.

Anyone who plays Battledawn knows that we recently released the Mars servers. We had a professional artist go over a map of mars and Terra-form it to give mars oceans and such.
