The Deany account seems a bit suspicious to me. He only ever entered into 4 games...two of which were trips in which he was playing the same opposing players. I pmed him a couple times to make sure he would play..as i was a bit hesitant to team with a rookie and i received this response.

the formula seems good to me in-game. but is that really the correct formula? doesnt the third part of that formula result in a deduction for land? what is teh reasoning behind deducting for land? shouldnt potential armies equal armies from land +continent bonus+ probability?
