What about the ratings he leaves people?

Go to his ratings and you will see that he almost always gives everybody ones across the board! While this is admirable consistency, it still paints the picture of what an arse he is.

Surely that is against the rules?

Correction, I had played him three times before, unremarkably! Him beating me twice, me beating him once. If you look to the game logs, however, you will see that the only person who spoke was me, to wish him luck on two occasions.

He clearly does this a lot though - just look at his ratings! Why should he be allowed to abuse people to such an extent? Yes, we can block him but he will just do it to somebody else!

On other sites I'm sure people would be banned for much less.

Posted abusive comment on my wall. We have never had contact before. Comment calls me a "faggot" and tells me he will "f*ck me up".
I do not recall playing the member before, there is no ongoing conflict, this just came out of the blue and is unacceptable.
