Re: Surrender button

I agree, although it should be called the Resign button, not Surrender

Yes in some games I have found that people join and after a turn or two, just plain give up and don't play anymore, foricing the other people to wait days for the game to play out.

I think if you could resign from games, but ...

Re: City Mogul Walk-through. Got Farm?

Considering that the term 'farming' isn't defined, nor is there a selection of opitions to counter that proposal. I don't believe that this thread is particularly fair in judging.

I would personally say, never having played that map, that I honestly don't know. Mindyou, I might guess that the term ...

Re: All about winning?

Hell no!

The best fun comes from a bit of RP or simply just making statment about your ideas on the game as it progresses, everybody who takes the time to read it or respond will feel a tad enriched by the bantar, whatever it is so long as it isn't offense intended.

What has spoilt a couple of ...

Re: 2 points of view. What do they mean to you?

Well I guess this is a games tactic question. I doubt I could put myself in a single camp however I do like to operate a tit-4-tat procedure to games, initially offering a player who I think may be in need of help to 'stay in the game' or with somebody who I think is going to be well established for ...

Re: A Point of Interest...

On topic, I might have just missed it, but I didn't see what type (if any) of cards you were using. That will make a significant difference in what your best option would be.

Troops already deployed for this turn, assume that there are no spoils cards for any player.

See given this senario, I ...

Re: A Point of Interest...

How do you have fog of war, playing in real life?

By writing down the number of troops on cards, and not disclosing the numbers across to other players ;)

But that's an off topic question. If you'd like me to discuss the game mechanics I will do so, but for the state of play presented the ...

Re: A Point of Interest...

where are you playing that map? i would like to check it out

Where/when was I playing it? On a normal RISK board, well, one that looks like the picture. It's not on another site.

[hr]

I thought the game at this point was terribly interesting. Hence I thought I would post it up to see what you ...

A Point of Interest...

On the board me and my mates have resolved a condition that looks a bit like;

Notes:
-Colours denote players
-'?' are neutral territories if white with an undisclosed number of neutral armies
-'0' denotes that there is no army present ...
