I got no support as a new TO, and the advice I got from the TD's was rubbish! (which lead to delays in getting people as replacements)

What support do you think new TO's get, as I can confirm that as of April this year, there was none.

The problem is not the new TO's it's the lack of suport for new TO's.

You're trying to fix the problem by making it less, rather than fixing the root cause.

Right new games will be created. People will be invited to them, 12 hours later, I will post looking for new people to fill the vacant slots.

Ok disappointingly, despite inviting people directly to their games, and leaving it some time, people have dropped out of the tourny, so I'm going to be seeking replacements.

Sent Reservations specifically for each game, so no excuses over emails/etc.

Again, I'm not chasing until the 3rd, but hopefully emails etc will prompt people to join.

It would also benefit against cheats, as you would then be able to see if people are cheating on foggy games, which at present you can't
