I don't see why, there are plenty of games that certain territories are -1 at the start of a turn, etc.

Because there's a big difference between a territory that always has decay, and one that starts ...

Right, well it wouldn't have to replace nuclear, could be a its own thing. Either way.

I've never been much into the 'nuclear' setting, seems a bit too random to me. So, here's my suggestion: Rather than the current system of the territories that are on the cards being turned in getting nuked, allow a target territory to be selected. The selected territory has its armies reduced in ...

I don't see how it is bad sportsmanship. If everybody is always telling the truth when revealing information, it might be a bit stupid. Just remember to put on your poker face. If someone is giving away info about you, you can do the same to them. Or, you can bluff. I think this could actually add ...

I don't know if this has been suggested, so if it has forgive me. But, instead of a "tie or no-tie" game option as previously mentioned, why not have a "round limit" option. It would be mandatory to pick one, but you could pick between say 50 rounds, 100 rounds, and 200 rounds or something like ...
