Re: is this a record?

Used to be a sysop for Netropolis... I know about RNGs and also how difficult it is to script the generators. Colour of cards may be possible( not for me!) for those with the knowledge.

I also have heard all the arguements about if its possible it will come up...but its the age old question " why ...

is this a record?

Is this a record?

Just lost to 6 x sixes throwing against a single. 64668:1

Anyone beat this?

wondering if the board has a slight bias in favour of higher scores

as an aside I've heard about clickable maps.

Any views on these?

Re: Resign button.

thanks for all the input. Bigger question that I first thought and there are obviously some entrenched positions here but I think this last point is valid. I have been playing Risk for 44 years and in the "real" world ( board game) resignation is common meaning someone doesn't have to sit out a ...

Re: Resign button.

Maybe I'm being naive ( ok " probably Im being naive" But I can't see from my limited experience how it would make a difference. If people wanted to arrange to throw/ fix a game they could do it anyway tho admittedly a little slower. Perhaps my view that the game is more important than the points is ...

Resign button.

Would a " resign" feature be appropriate? It could be arranged so that once a game is down to 2 players and one decides for whatever reason - obviously going to lose, giving birth, won the lottery etc - that they want to quit. The advantages are obvious.

Re: hi...new here

addendum

same attack against same player ( spacey) 6:1. lost, 5:1 lost so tally is 5 attacks lost 23 in multiple attacks against singles. Tell me that isn't suspicious.

Re: hi...new here

OK thanks guys. Reassuring. Sorry if that made some take umbrage. Hopefully you'll understand the need at the start of my play here to seek this sort of assurance. gl in your games.

hi...new here

hi guys could be a good site. As I've had some pretty weird results...like losing 13 against 3, 17:2 and odds defying results (never once yet in my favour) I'm just wondering if this site is known for being vulnerable to scripting or is this just the way the cookie crumbles here? No, Im not beinng a ...
