Maybe he meant kill ratio... It's a stat that Map Rank gives. If that's what he meant, then fine. If he really meant win ratio, then I'm with natty.

I seem to have had stinking luck recently in CC.
Bad dice have cost me 3 games over the past 10 days where i was in the ascendency and looked to be heading for the win.
