Maybe I just have more patience than some people, but the unhinged players (or players whose strategy doesn't make sense to me) don't bother me. It's probably from playing with a guy who suicides at the drop of a hat for years.

Yeah -- if someone starts frazzling you, don't read it! It's not like in a game where you can't avoid hearing the person sitting next to you. Just don't read the chat, and then it won't bother you.

Sometimes you get crap rolls. Sometimes you don't. It happens with real dice just as often, but there you assume the dice are fair since everyone is using the same set.
