In Leave Rating, there is a section for leaving tags. There are 35 different tags in the section. My suggestion is that the person may write up his own tag so that the person can really explain his feeling about the user.
Specifics/Details:
There will be a small box where you can write down a short Maximum 15 letters adjective to describe the person.
The person can write more than 1 self-written tag, but no more than 4.
People could abuse this, so feedback-receivers could 'Report Abuse' the rating like we see on pm's and forums.
How this will benefit the site and/or other comments:
People can show their true feelings about the player
No more shortage of tags
And no more complaints of "I can't describe this person with the tags there are"
They would have that "!" logo they could click on to report the tag, and the moderators can eventually stop someone from giving ratings by giving them a ban from posting ratings.
I completely understand that concern, and that will be a very big obstacle to overcome.

It's a well thought out suggestion. It's just that if they were going to do that they might as well just re-implement feedback, where you could leave a couple sentences about your opponent. The problem with feedback is ppl abused it with sometimes vulgar and offensive things and many other complaints. they moved to tags and stars because it was more PG. I don't see the Admins ever going back towards feedback.

I do believe that this would result effectively in the old feedback system where players could write whatever they wanted about opponents. Adding a "!" or "Report this rating" type of thing would just massively increase the workload for Team CC.
