[BUG] Gamelist API doesn't indicate blocked players in FS

Steps to reproduce:

1. Find a FS game with 1 player being blocked.
2. Open the API link - http://www.conquerclub.com/api.php?mode ... gn=6182287 (change the game number to the game you found).

Observed:
Blocked player has a state of 'waiting' instead of 'blocked'.

Expected:
Blocked player should have proper state attribute.
