So why don't we all claim in each game we play and just always slaughter the mafia? However, with Flores being caught, I think it's over...Haggis_McMutton wrote:![]()
Do you want Rudolph to kill us all or what?
When a stark raving mad red nosed beast armed with a sword is after you, there's no time for sportsmanship!

Well, since the night is on, I'm fairly sure the cop will investigate one of you two and we'll get the right one tomorrow.FloresDelMal wrote:i am blitzen, you lyncher scum
Because it doesn't work in every game, actually it works in almost no games at all.The thing that makes it work here is that we know exactly what the 9 reindeers are.Commander9 wrote:So why don't we all claim in each game we play and just always slaughter the mafia? IMO, mass claim just takes out all the fun from the game both for players and mods.
Hmm, that is a good point. I can agree to a certain extent with this thinking, but I still think that mass-claiming takes out some of the fun (Personally, meta-gaming is one of my favourite parts in mafia, if not the favourite so far).Haggis_McMutton wrote:Because it doesn't work in every game, actually it works in almost no games at all.The thing that makes it work here is that we know exactly what the 9 reindeers are.
So what would you have in a game like Briasburg with a mass claim? Maybe you catch some scum who aren't carefull/ are unlucky, but you certainly won't get all scum. However scum will now know exactly who everyone is. Not ideal.
We didn't claim. We nameclaim. That's something different. Victor was smart enough to put all the character names in the first post... well if you leave a loophole that big to me and haggis be sure we'll find it, and so we didCommander9 wrote:So why don't we all claim in each game we play and just always slaughter the mafia? My main thing is that I didn't want a completely easy game that ends by Day 1 or two. IMO, takes away the spirit of the game somewhat.aage wrote:We didn't claim. We nameclaim. Yes there are 10 players instead of 9 so there'll be one name we haven't heard, but that still is only one name we haven't heard so if there's two names we haven't heard we can still be pretty sure we've got the scummy.
Either way, what is it with you? You want Rudolph to win? You might need looking into as well...
