And, as a special treat, the administrators would highly recommend starting to follow the twitter feed before midnight tonight as the anniversary celebration will be using it to reveal awesome material.
Already on Twitter to keep up with other things. Would highly suggest more than just generic announcements on the Twitter feed due to the culture there.
I just recently joined Twitter but this could be useful. Also I re-tweeted the announcement to my followers but I only have a few so it probably won't help much.

I don't understand Twitter. I have had an account for a while now. Added CC for the BRs. Went to write on one of the status update things and it posted on my wall I think... ??? I'll stick with FB
By Following our Twitter feed, and being a Facebook Fan, you can get updates on Bugs and Issues! It is a vital avenue for information when you are looking for it!
For those not on Twitter yet, you should join up! If you ARE on twitter, then send us at @ConquerClub a msg that says you're a player and we'll include you on the list of players so you can find others to play with easily!

How would you want this to work? There are already 3rd party services that can take an RSS feed and publish it on your twitter account; although perhaps something like a ConquerClubTurn twitter feed with updates like "It's @mibi 's turn in conquerclub game 123456 [url]". The latter would probably be something that needs to be integrated with the site, which would be a job for lackattack I expect...
