Qualification Round of 3 sent out, winner of this Q1 will join the Main Draw (8 players), the losers will roll thru Qualification Round 2.

Qualification Round 2 winners (4 players) will join the Main Draw, the losers will roll thru Qualification Round 3.

Qualification Round 3 winners (2 players) will join the Main Draw, the two losers will play a last game will qualify the last winner (1 player) to the Main Draw.

Why even play all those qualification rounds if only 1 person doesn't advance to the "main draw"? Seems like a big waste of time when you could just take one less player into the tournament to start with.

This is the way this multiple tourney was set up at the beginning, that's the reason "seed" ranking is created for those played in the previous Challenge and doesn't have to go thru any qualification rounds, your statement is correct but on some other Challenge I had much more players and had no choice than created those qualif rounds, I will not change the format on every Challenge...

I don't see any issue to set this up and I don't thing you can talk about waste of time!

I did lock a precise number of participant with the very first Challenge and it tooks me 2 weeks to find the required amount of players after the registration was close...So this was a waste of time for me, for this reason, I will not change anything but organize/set'up around the number of registrants during the annouced registration process.
