you do not have to be a minority in order to experience racism. nor a non-white person to experience racism. racism isn't a whites do it to other groups scenario..
maybe you just interact with a high majority of people your own race & never step outside your 'box' or notice when someone who is not your race is being racist towards you.
you do not have to judge someone else if you .. personally, have never experienced racism .. other people have experienced it.
you can not get inside the head of a woman who's been raped.. or a child who's been abducted or a white farmer in South Africa whose land was taken solely because they were white.
so if you can not judge the situation or get inside the head of someone who has. then why even spout your opinion on the matter. ?
being racist does not entail ' going out to cause harm to another group of people"..
a 95 year old black grandmother can be racist towards Asians. that doesn't mean she is going out and causing harm to the people she hates
