Thanks Mr S. I'm pretty proud of it, and we won "Outstanding Acting" at the Scary Cow festival. (Among several other awards).

I can't find any way to share the "Major Mars" cartoon, at the heart of Danny's obsession.which is a wonderful spoof of 60's Hanna Barbera stuff like "Secret Squirrel" and some others whose names I don't remember.

One of the stunning aspects of the movie is how much stuff was made specially for it - the "Major Mars" figures, the cereal box, the LP cover, and - see those comics at the Yard Sale? - all those comic covers.
Inside the box was some disgusting cereal ... Corn pops?

I'm glad I am not. Long term exposure to palm trees is not good for a person's mental condition.

I mean after six years, it's just a damn stick with a green thing on top.

A mountain of Maple trees, in the fall, turning bright red and yellow ... That's beautiful.

The very best thing about moving to CA was not taking the snow shovel. For the moment though I'm back in snow-shovel country (not needed yet this year)
