Suddenly a voice comes over the P.A. system demanding everyone return to their rooms for an emergency investigation....

Urgent memo to director - Asst director of hospital....
We have an emergency situation in one of the patient wards. One of our doctors has been slain and currently we are uncertain who was the culprit. Talapus (doctor - town) was found restrained in one of our jackets, with a syringe placed into his neck. We are interviewing some of the local guards and patients to try and find out what could have happened....but currently there is nothing successful to come of it. Our only lead is the scribbled message presumably in the blood of the late doctor. Further investigations will continue to be made, but attached is todays notes from the late doctor.

Talapus day rounds for March 18th
Arrived at 7:30 am and began patient inspection.
Patient a appears to be taking to medication rather well, acting quite docile
Patient B has been acting rather out of sorts today...remind me to increase his time in isolation
Reminded patient C that if he does not get to recreation promptly we will have to montior himi closely
Patient D responded rather cooly this morning, seems a bit out of sorts....will recommend that he gets an electric therapy session later today.
Will visit with patients in next wing within the hour.

Talapus has been killed....however this does not end the day....so with 25 alive it take 13 to lynch....
