I think it sounds like he's saying that there is no evidence brought against him, so there's nothing there that he can argue against. This whole bandwagon seems very suspicious to me. What exactly did diddle do that seems scummy? He's being more active than in previous games, apparently... why exactly is that scummy? I'm going to look long and hard at the people who jumped at this chance for a very low-proof lynch... I'm not saying I'm sure diddle's innocent, because some of his posts do seem a little fishy, but we can't afford to take chances and accidentally lynch a townie on day 1. Let's have some more concrete incrimination before we do something rash.

ok firstly how else are we ment to get the game going and secondly there was a reason behind my vote, in the last game i played with diddle he never voted anyone in the entire game (lovo's random mafia remember) so i find it strange that he has here. Oh and i was the first one who voted so i wasnt bandwagonning anyway. Not that you were accusing me just asking whats wrong with it?

Sorry for not being as active as i usually am, Some real life stuff cropped up which meant i couldnt get on as much. Anyway, I read through the thread, I am a little suspicious of LSU for this post:

I concede I have not helped out much and have not been very active, but surely it would be better to get an inactive replaced than lynch them.

Right then, unvote just to make cena happy. Although as I said in my post I hadn't reread (don't worry, I have now) so wasn't to know anything about any phd's.

What Dito said was correct, I have no evidence posted against me, which makes it increasingly difficult to argue my case. The only point I can dismiss is the one that pmc made when he voted me. He said that he was amazed that I had voted, as in the last mafia he played in with me, I rarely voted. The last mafia he played with me, was Lovo's random mafia, and anyone else who played in that will remember that I had a post restriction. A very annoying post restriction, so annoying in fact that it deterred me from posting as much as I would have liked. I had to make all my posts in Spanish. Obviously I just used an online translator, but it still made it very difficult for the other players to understand me, as we all know how useless online translators really are. So as I was saying, I didn't post often. And when I did post, it generally wasn't a suitable time to vote. So rather than changing my vote every time I posted, I held my vote back. So basically, this whole bandwagon is formed over some meta gaming, and meta gaming using a one off game for me.

So I'd appreciate it if you all unvoted and voted for the real scum. Firth. You've been saying that my posts were a 'little fishy', then just look at his.

Look at the people on the wagon, first me so you can hardly saying i was banwaggoning considering i was the only one on it and it was pretty much a joke.

If however, you do have a lot of experience and have played 30 or so games with diddle in the past, which I have you should know his playing style... which is actually generally being very quiet and never posting his own theories and what not... exactly the kind of guy that would be good for a day one lynch and he is unlikely to help the town too much.

Can't you say that anyone could potentially be a doc or cop, you will only find that out with a bandwagon and thats what day one is always going to be like, essentially a random bandwagon. It is better hence to get rid of someone who is not going to post at all. I've even seen diddle as a cop before (stargate) and he was crap, he didn't give the town one investigation result and eventually scum won easily. Whats your great suggestion?? Lynch me? because I thought it might be a good idea to get rid of some deadweight when there are no other current leads..... That's weak.

I think its a stupid bandwagon he has said absolutely nothing scummy so far, so i see no reason to lynch him. Beacause he hasnt played well in the past does not meen that he wont play well in this game. And if this was the case, then even in the unlikely case that he is scum then would he be much of a threat?
