I noticed that, and yes you may. Basically, the top few people in the 2nd division can still get 9th place if they sweep all 5 games and probably need help from people in the 1st division.

I won 2 races this week. I'm on a tear finishing on a high note for next year!

Only good thing I can now say is I should finish in the top with wins. I will have my seventh win on my next turn on world2.1

dragon dor will win the tournament regardless of the outcome of their game, but the players who will compete in the all-star race has yet to be determined. And I missed the Round 25 cutoff for a couple of the remaining games, so I'm still considering my options.
