A lot of people believe in round limits. I'm not sure if I agree. I think it might make the problem worse instead of better. In the games I've played in with round limits, I find the strategy gets distorted. Some people play more conservatively, hoping to milk it until the round limit arrives. I'll gamble that the one deadlocked game is an anomaly, especially since Phase Three is a Sunny phase. If we continue having problems we can still go to round limits, but for now let's take a chance and try it without for this Phase.

Remember that Phase Three has a double round of eliminations. There will be 14 players cut instead of 7 at the end of this round.
