This rule will be enforced. Although I prefer votes being in blue AND bolded than either or. (Only takes highlighting the word and clicking the blue and the bold button guys).

Confirm. I was gonna come vote ng1 for not reviving bulge but now I got a better vote.

vote vodean. Voting for yourself in the joke voting stage is always a strange one, and doing so while having a BW on you is even more so. IMO it says that you are scared about having votes on you and you want to relieve the pressure by reinforcing that they are jokes.
