yes but some people cant afford them, and prefer to follow the law and not get illegal versions ;) I happen to be one of them, and so i made that tutorial for all GIMP/Inkscape users (also, cause im REALLY forgetfull :D )

Nice map; it's got green and blue. The font is nice. The graphics look cheesy, sort of like the map. (Ohh that was a cheap shot, I only paid 3 cents for it.)
