I am making Irish Soda Bread for an upcoming St. Patty's Day party I am having. The ingredients are the following:
  • 4 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup bread flour
  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 1/2 cups buttermilk
This creates a 9-10 ounce yield.

How many cups of buttermilk would I need to cook a 27 ounce yield of Irish Soda Bread?
