Let me give you a quick lesson in win percentages.
8 people play a game. If everybody won equally that would be 12.5%
That is much different than a 1 vs 1 game where you have a 50% chance to win.
Now since I know barney plays 6 man games usually.. 100% / 6 = 16.667 If everybody wins equally. I would say he is doing pretty well with his win rate.
With all that said why should he accept your challenge?
