Get lag fixed or lose customers

CC has always worked for me. And I live on a farm with a 1 MB plan.

There is a big difference between 1MB and 1mb.

Sorry to bump an old thread, but better this than starting a new one.

The site is very slow for me – substantially slower than any other site I visit. Just wanted to register this here and I know that not everybody is experiencing it. Perhaps it should be looked into a bit more. Does it vary per region, for instance?

It takes 2-5 seconds to load a game and often times out when I make a move - that's a bit too much lag. Hope it improves!

I don't tend to lag often but friends of mine have complained about the site being painfully slow at times. The odd occasion when I've experienced lag it's been substantial. Loading central command and related pages from it is always slow.
