In my diocese one student texted a suggestive photo to another student in another Catholic school. The Diocese reacted and removed both school principles and vice principals. Students were disciplined hard but allowed to say. At Least here the Church isn't waiting or messing around.
Also the focus is cleaning out the theology schools. Some bad teachers were messing with the young people looking to become priests. Starting, restarting or continuing the cycle.
