You were blocked months ago from playing with someone else. You should have considered that your warning. You were then busted with ballin-231 and given a second chance to keep playing. I think that's a pretty clear warning not to cheat (only in addition to all of the banners warning against multiple accounts all across the site). Last time you were busted you begged for forgiveness and said you'd change your ways. I think you had plenty of warnings.

me and you go way back, you know im a good guys sully GE KRUNK is a guy i know who i occasionally take turns for him, i referred him to the site right after i was busted and he has allowed me access to his account

Even if that was true, you would still be cheating. You are not allowed to take turns for someone when you are in all of the same games together because its exactly the same thing as having multi accounts. But your statement is clearly not true because GET KRUNK has played every single turn on your personal computer.
