if you don't want to follow the rules and the time schedule of the game then don't sign up.
look for games with a faster pace or even rt games in chat.

And what are you talking about, Dim? I did read the rules. And from what I understand, Days can end early once voting reaches majority, and Nights can end early if everyone sends their actions in. I asked the host about it before the game even started.

if the day lasts for 10 real days then people can take their time and play for 10 real days.
you can't come in and demand them to hurry up.

I have played Mafia all over, and even when a long deadline is given for Day, it is NEVER used. Because people play the game, and majority is reached within a few days. Dragging things out for the sake of dragging things out is annoying. It's like you're getting on my case for actually wanting to play the game we all signed up for, instead of sitting on the sidelines and waiting until you all feel like getting things going.

I am pushing for the game to actually happen, more than actual Night. But I do think the first Day is not one for strong cases and more for best guesses and hoping for the best.

He seems familiar with how mafia is played and yet he is pushing way hard for night. and after multiple people have cautioned and explained it is not a good idea. i haven't played a lot of mafia. i have one game played with the mods and one rt game played 2 days ago in live chat.

but when i see deadline set at 240 hours that means that it is possible to reach that deadline. not necessary but possible. for example there might be a day where town can't decide on who to lynch (this happened in my first game). in that case putting pressure on people to vote faster, to play faster, to post more, to discuss more only ruins the fun for everybody.

stop telling people how often to post and just play the game. vote people, speculate on possible roles, fos somebody, whatever. just stop being pushy.

Ah I see,I didnt take it as pressure. I took it as I should play nice and not overreact to a new player who doesnt understand. Thus my second response.

Personally...I am starting to strongly beleive he is an alt and he just joined these games to sabatuge them. Ive been following him in another other game as well and hes just as bad.
